Each element is made of two types of PVC material. The rigid and hard strip is made of PVC with a hardness of 80 Sh'a D, while the soft and flexible PVC tray with a hardness of 70 Sh'a D. This makes the joints adhere perfectly and protect the gaps of dust, humidity and noise.
Can I change the boards or do I need a professional to change them?
We are convinced that anyone can change them, because the joints are glued only under pressure, they don't have any kind of glue. With a little force you can remove the old gaskets and replace them with the new ones start at one end and push towards the glass. Do not attempt to slide the gasket along the glass as this may damage it.
It is worth remembering:
PVC material under the influence of cold is difficult to install. Therefore, before installing, the joint must acquire room temperature.

Why do I need to buy a 3.00 m joint if I only need 2.75 cm?
Because our standard dimensions are 2.5 or 3.00m long. We have a custom cut service, but you need to specify this in a message with the purchase.

do not forget that the board has to be a little larger than the profile in which it is to be installed.
